Responsibilities:


  • Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Global technology laws, GDPR, and other international regulations.
  • Contract Review and Drafting: Skillfully review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including software licensing agreements, service contracts, data processing agreements, and more.
  • Privacy and Data Protection: Oversee and advise on matters pertaining to data privacy and protection, including GDPR compliance, data breach management, and privacy policies.
  • Intellectual Property: Manage and safeguard the company's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with evolving technology and privacy laws worldwide, assess their impact on the company, and develop comprehensive compliance strategies.
  • Litigation Support: Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage litigation or dispute resolution matters.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in maintaining the company's corporate governance framework, including board meetings, record-keeping, and adherence to corporate regulations.
  • Training and Education: Conduct internal training programs to educate employees on legal and compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness within the organization.



Requirements:


  • Degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technology law and corporate legal affairs.
  • Profound knowledge of US tech laws, GDPR, and international privacy regulations.
  • Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, cross-functional team.
